Possible Duplicate Learners

This report is intended to help identify learners who have been entered more than once in the system. There are six types of criteria for matching duplicate learners:

The report has a separate table for each of these types. Learners will appear under each type that applies to them; e.g. learners who match on Family Name, DOB, Gender and Postcode will appear under type 2, type 4 and type 6. In the majority of cases, matches should appear next to each other. However, in some cases it is possible that matches will appear in different places in the list.
